What follows is pure delight for 2 people

A look at the ingredients reveals:

Step 1:

Now, before we start go look in your cupboard and see if you even got the tools for this... you're gonna need a sieve of some sort...

Step 2:

Oh you found it! Beautiful... now put it away and get those potatoes cookin'. We're gonna cook em unpeeled, "wh..." don't rush it! You'll see why a bit later.

Step 3:

Now let's move on to our main dish.

I hope you washed those young onions before you started cutting them into about 3cm long pieces... "Errrr...." Oh you did... good.

Step 4:

Now... as you see on the pic "where?"... don't interrupt! As I was saying... on the picture, I've put some tin foil under the sieve. That was just to prevent the salmon juices to drip all over the place.

Put the stakes into the sieve and arrange the young onions around them. Now put the whole thing into the fridge for a couple of minutes while we deal with the dressing for the potatoes.

Step 5:

Put all those herbs into a small bowl (since they're dried that shouldn't be a problem) and add the diced garlic.

Step 6:

Now pour in a generous ammount of olive oil and vinegar. Now put that bowl away for a second cos the potatoes are ready.

Step 7:

Drain them and cut em up. Since we're using young potatoes (that have very thin skin) we won't peel them "AAAH!". Put them into a larger bowl.

Step 8:

Pour that dressing you got there over them and mix em up. Season with salt and pepper. Put the potatoes to rest and get soaked up with the dressing and get a big pot. Fill it with a little water (you won't need much) and put it on the stove. When it starts to boil...

Step 9:

...get those salmon stakes and season them with salt. Remove the tin foil and put the sieve on top of that pot (make sure it won't sink into the water before you start cooking. You just need the steam!

Step 10:

Now that you managed to keep the sieve above the water level, just put a big lid over it (oh yeah, I managed to salvage the wok lid)... and 5 minutes (not longer!) later, it's ready.

Step 11:

Just get them out on the plates, grab your girlfriend or boyfriend and go eat. Oh yeah, the potatoes probably got enough rest so you might take those too *giggle* Enjoy!
